Consid 👩🏼💻 (current position)
UX/UI Designer ⋅ May 2020 – Now
At Consid, I work as a UX/UI consultant, contributing to project deliveries as well as integrating into clients’ organizations as an in-house team member. My longest assignment has been a three-year engagement with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. During my time at Consid, I have focused heavily on growing within the UX role, with a particular emphasis on the research phase, where I take on significant responsibility.
My work involves delivering materials that drive client projects forward, such as needs analyses and customer journeys.
To understand users, I gather insights through workshops, interviews, and surveys, always maintaining a clear focus on user needs.
Since September 2020, I have also been deeply involved in digital accessibility. I have analyzed websites, mobile apps, and PDFs, producing accessibility reports and statements for various public authorities.
Accessibility is a cause I am deeply passionate about, and I incorporate it into every solution I propose.

Gamenian AB 👩🏼💻
UX/UI Designer ⋅ Apr 2019 – Nov 2020
Etonax was an app focused on gamifying and digitizing e-sports tournaments.
I independently designed the entire app, placing significant emphasis on the user experience to ensure that the end user would want to continue using the app.
In addition to the design, I actively contributed to the creative thought process surrounding concept development and game ideas, both for the app and other digital platforms such as social media and the web.
I was also responsible for creating marketing materials, including campaigns, images, and videos, which were used on our social media platforms.
My involvement with Etonax was entirely in my free time. I took on the project as a way to develop my skills as a UX designer. However, Etonax is no longer active in the market.
tretton37 👩🏼💻
UX/UI Designer ⋅ Aug 2016 – May 2020
In my role at tretton37, I carried out a wide range of UX/UI design tasks as a consultant for various clients.
My work included designing both apps and internal platforms for clients, which required regular communication with clients through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
We worked in an agile environment, delivering deliverables sprint by sprint. A central aspect of my role was understanding the end user, which involved extensive user research, various types of interviews, and drawing inspiration from similar solutions. I created wireframes and prototypes in both low-fidelity and high-fidelity formats and conducted usability testing to ensure a high-quality user experience.
I also began taking on project management responsibilities and had the opportunity to lead an internal project.

Pink Programming 💕
Voluntary work ⋅ Jun 2016 – Jun 2020
Pink Programming is an organization aimed at inspiring and motivating women to code.
I helped organize Sunday events, ensuring a smooth experience for participants. My main responsibilities included photographing the events, editing the images, and using them to promote Pink Programming on social media and in articles.
I also taught coding and UX/UI workshops, introducing these topics in an accessible way to groups of 20–40 participants. While managing large groups could be challenging, seeing their joy when they succeeded made it incredibly rewarding.
