Consid 👩🏼💻 (current position)
UX/UI Designer ⋅ May 2020 – Now
As a UX / UI designer at Consid, I have put a lot of focus in to the UX part of my work. I have being involved early in the customers' projects and taken part in the research phase with great responsibility for delivering material that takes the project to the next step.
Such as efficiency maps and customer journey mapping. I gather information about the users with the help of workshops, interviews or questionnaires. With a clear focus on user needs.
With the legal requirement from the web directive on digital accessibility from September 2020, this made me worked a lot with analyzing several websites and produced accessibility reports for both web and PDFs with action plans.
Gamenian AB 👩🏼💻
UX/UI Designer ⋅ Apr 2019 – Nov 2020
Etonax is an app that focuses on gamifying and digitizing Esport tournaments.
I have designed the app whole app alone, both the UI and UX, but I’ve put a great focus on the user experience so our end-user wants to keep using the app.
I have also been involved in the creative thinking of concepts and game ideas that we can use in the app and on other platforms like web and social media.
I’ve been responsible to create marketing content like campaigns, images, videos that we have used in social media.
This is an ongoing project where the app continues to evolve and so does my involvement. Currently, everything I do for Etonax is in my spare time.
tretton37 👩🏼💻
UX/UI Designer ⋅ Aug 2016 – May 2020
In my position at tretton37 I perform a variety of tasks. My work here consists of UX/UI design for apps and customers' internal platforms. This means a lot of customer interaction in the form of mail and meetings.
We work agile with deliveries every sprint. My work requires a lot of research off the end-user, different sorts of interviews, finding inspiration, wireframing, making prototypes of both low and high-fidelity designs, and perform usability tests. My goal is to make the prototype ready for development, to meet the end-users goals and the customers' requirements.
I’ve started to practice project management. I was allowed to lead an internal project which delivered an MVP in two months.
Pink Programming 💕
Voluntary work ⋅ Jun 2016 – Jun 2020
Pink Programming is an open network working towards inspiring and motivating women to program. Pink Programmings events are mainly coding on Sundays at sponsors, but also other events for the organization.
My work here has been helping out with preparing the Sunday events and organize everything around the events so it works smoothly when the participants arrive. I mainly photograph all the events and then edit the photos. The purpose of the photos is to help spread the word about Pink Programming through our social media and newspapers. 📸
At several occasions, I've been leading coding and UX/UI workshops for the participants.
They have all been very popular since the workshops tackle the subjects from the beginning. I've taught groups from 20-40 persons at a time. It can be stressful at times when many needs help at the same time. The joy in the participants' faces when it starts to work is priceless.

Conversion optimization ⋅ October – December 2020
The course taught me to define KPIs that were based on the customer journey. These could also be measured and followed up via Google Analytics.
Using the PXL-model, I developed insights with support from research, GA, best practices and more.
I learned to use the insights as a basis for creating hypotheses with testplans. I defined error types of type 1 and 2, and then analyzed which risks come with which hypothesis.
With the help of Google optimize, I was able to test my test plans and get statistics for which design variant converted the best.
Brobygrafiska
Visual graphic communication ⋅ September 2014 – April 2016
The education gave me a holistic view and competence within design, production and how different media channels interact. The education is shaped so that we worked in projects with real clients.
Assignments could be advertising campaigns, graphic profiles, communication platforms, website design and campaigns in social media.
This gave me a great insight into how it works in a real workplace. We also had two internships, which I spent on two web-oriented companies.
About me
I live in a small house in Malmö together with my fiance. I like to snowboard in the winter and sit in the shadow during the summer. During my spare time, I exercise by running. My fiance also runs, but I can't keep up with him.
I have a strong compassion for animals. If I could have a farm I would. I have a dog named Rossi, he is very unreliable - in a fun way, but super friendly and talks a lot.
Work-related
I have 7,5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer but have worked on over 20 projects. So there no lack of variety of experience. I like to work in cross-functional teams as well as independently. The difference for me here is I get a lot of things done when I'm alone, but the information and feedback the team provides are really important. Only working with tunnel vision never works. I believe in a good relationship and close communication between the client and the team. Good communication will deliver a better product in the end.
I try to think ahead in everything I do. Both personal and professional, I like to plan my workload and projects, my goal is to always deliver on time.
My job-title is both UX and UI designer since my current job requires me to handle both professions. I enjoy taking the project from start to finish, and when it's time to put some makeup on the skeleton I already have a clear vision of how I want it to look. That's why I work with both UX and UI-design.
In the research phase I define and work towards goals for the entire project. I use the goals as support and foundation in all methods I use. After conducting, for example, user interviews or user tests as well as stakeholder interviews, I work through, analyze and present the results in various tools and list the most prioritized needs for the users.
I make my best to understand the business goals of the company and
draw parallels between user needs and business goals.
After this, I will boil this down together with my client to requirements for the service/product and later for an MVP.
With three words I would describe myself as sharp, but down to earth and adaptive.
My friends and colleagues perceive me as loyal.
